HESLB: ONLINE LOAN APPLICATIONS 2017/2018

HESLB has officially started to receive electronic Loan applications through OLAMS for Academic year 2017/18
Welcome to the Online Loan Application and Management System. ONLY Tanzanian Nationals are eligible to apply for higher education loans. Kindly provide TRUE information about yourself and complete all directives to submit your application package. Applications for 2017/18 Academic Year will be accepted from 6th-August-2017 and the deadline will strictly be 4th-September-2017 at 23:59 Hours.
1. Kindly read the Guidelines for Issuance of Loans for 2017/2018 before applying; Download
2. Click Apply for Loan for registration using your Form IV Index Number;
3. After Providing and confirming your form Four Index number, you will receive your Control Number (99111xxxxxxx),
4. Use the generated Control Number to Pay a Non-Refundable Application Fee of TZS 30,000.00 (Pay in-full, NOT by Installments) through:

• MPesa, TigoPesa, Halotel or AirtelMoney through Company Number 888999 and thereafter you will receive a confirmation sms (receipt);
• Or, you can use your Control Number from OLAMS to pay application fee at any NMB and CRDB Bank branch or Agent. Should you need assistance, kindly ask the Banking Officers.
• Click Apply for Loan to continue with application;
