ZITAMBUE 'NJIA KUMI ZA HARAKA KUONDOA “STRESS” NA UCHOVU'

Pitia picha zako zako  za zamani kidogo,  Picha za tukio moja wapo lililokufurahisha au za      mtu mwingine yeyote wa karibu yako


                                                               2.
Fungua madirisha na kuruhusu mwanga na hewa kupita kwa kiasi kikubwa. Epuka kukaa sehemu yenye mwanga mdogo kwani hufanya hali yako ya uchovu au stress kuwa juu zaidi.

Imba huku unaoga! Sio lazima uwe muimbaji mahiri bali chagua tu wimbo wako unaoupenda, imba kwa namna yeyote huku ukiendelea kuoga

                                                                  4.
Epuka kubaki mpweke. Tafuta mtu yeyote uongee nae (hata mtoto mdogo) itakusaidia kupunguza mawazo au uchovu

                                                                    5.
Sikiliza muziki au mpigie simu rafiki yako mliyepotezana muda mrefu.

Fanya Mazoezi (japo kwa dakika moja)

Badilisha Mazingira, Mfano kama unapita njia hiyohiyo moja kutoka kazini/shule, badilisha na upite nyingine.

                                                                     8.
Fanya utafiti wa kijinga kwa kuwaangalia wapita njia na kutoa kasoro zao kimavazi, muonekano wao bila ya wao kujua.

                                                                       9.
Nenda Saluni kunyoa/kuosha/kusuka nywele zako.

                                                                        10.
 Chukua kalamu na karatasi, anza kujifunza kuchora!
