POSITION: CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL
REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR &CEO
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
You will be reporting to Group of Managing Director & CEO- Precision Air Services Ltd
Please take note of your responsibilities.
ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To identify, communicate and mitigate legal risks to the business to minimize undue financial costs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
 Draft, negotiate, vet contracts on behalf of the company to protect its interests.
 Ensure disputes are resolved in a manner that safeguards the company’s position.
 Organise and administer subsidiary board meetings to ensure they are efficient and effective.

 Ensure company’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements to avoid legal penalties.
 Brief and monitor external counsel to ensure legal representation is effective.
 Prepare proposals and to lobby the Government on pending legislation to protect or improve the business environment for PW.
 Develop effective working relationships with key user departments to ensure their needs are understood and appropriate solutions developed that support business needs.
 Legal counseling and preventive layering so as to ensure legal problems and risks are identified and dealt with before they emerge as significant risks to the business.
 Any other duties as may be assigned by the MD & CEO.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
 Not more 5% of contracts are judged as not fully protective of the business.
 95% of all disputes resolved receive a positive evaluation.
 Not more than 5 complaints per year on board organization.
 95% of all licenses and filings are obtained and filed on time
 All external counsel make quarterly progress reports.
 Timely and efficient organization and administration of subsidiaries board meetings.
 Timely preparation of detailed briefs/instructions to external counsel, procurement of progress report from external counsel, follow-up on progress of litigation.
 Effective legal advice and opinions on an ad hoc basis

POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER
REPORTS TO: COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
You will be reporting to Commercial Director- Precision Air Services Ltd

ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Design, implementation and management of the company’s marketing strategy and plans.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
 Develop, implement, monitor and influence Precision Airs Marketing strategy to project the company culture & image to subsequently create customer value for Precision Air’s products and services.
 Build and create strong brand ensuring customers desire Precision Air’s products.
 Design and Create value networks and channels to propel the sales effort.
 Analysis of emerging industry travel trends and identify critical market segments for targeting
 Management of in-flight magazine and internal newsletter (PAA & Skyline)
 Design Brand equity, craft the brand positioning in the market
 Organize and manage PW’s Marketing events
 Provide and supply up to date and timely briefs of development driven campaigns and special projects.
 Liaise with Sales team to ensure timely production and distribution of promotional material as per the Marketing Plan.
 Design the company market intelligence system and use of information to keep keen track of competitor activities.
 Develop and monitor recurrent expenditure to ensure actual is controlled and within Budget
 Any other duties as may be assigned

Design and implement innovative strategies that enhance passenger and cargo sales revenue, optimum revenue management and application of dynamic marketing activities in an effective manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
 To Develop and position PW brand offer to achieve the highest level of customer preference and satisfaction
 Development and implementation of effective e-business and distribution strategy for optimal availability of PW product
 Establish and grow customer relationship, result in increased business.
 Plan and control annual sales and distribution budget to cost effectively achieve the objectives set in the sales plan.

POSITION: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF NETWORK PLANNING & STRATEGIES

You will be reporting to Head of Networking Planning & Strategies - Precision Air Services Ltd

ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Prepare, manage and review the performance of commercial department revenues and costs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
 Integrate various processes and sources of data provision to ensure timely & accurate provision of Management Information to support decision making.
 Develop Performance Measurement and Management guidelines/templates for use in planning, monitoring and reviewing departmental performance, identifying appropriate measures and target levels.
 Prepare and manage the budgeting & forecasting process for commercial department to ensure appropriate targets are set, periodically reviewed & parameters considered.
 Monitoring performance against set targets, making appropriate analysis and performance commentaries to facilitate performance conversations and highlight intervention points.
 Monitoring the application and effectiveness of key controls within commercial department, identifying key areas for improvement and ensuring corrective measures are implemented.
 Constantly review departmental business processes to ensure aligned to and supportive of the strategic objectives of the company and reflect departmental priorities at any given time.
 Evaluate and champion operationalization of the various strategic initiatives across the department.
